At Superhub254, we use bike and car deliveries for our shipping, which means the cost of shipping depends on how far your order needs to travel. The farther away you are from our store, the higher the shipping cost will be. This distance-based method ensures that you only pay for the shipping based on your location, making it fair and straightforward.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, We don't ship Internationally as for now but soon we will be expanding thanks to you.

Payment

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

At Superhub254, we use Mobile Money as our payment method, specifically Mpesa, which makes transactions easy and convenient. To pay, simply provide your phone number at checkout, and you'll receive a prompt on your phone to complete the payment. Once the transaction is successful, we'll send a receipt to your email that includes all your delivery details. All you need is a sim card that supports Mpesa to get started.

How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order at Superhub254, simply browse our website and find the products you wish to purchase. Once you’ve selected an item, click on it to view more details and then click the “Add to Cart” button. After you’ve added all desired items to your cart, proceed to the cart page by clicking the cart icon. Review your selections and click on the “Checkout” button. Fill in your shipping information, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase shortly after completing the process.
